Ernie’s On The Creek is a modern Mediterranean and Greek restaurant set along the Paint Creek in downtown Rochester — and our private events program is an extension of the same hospitality you’d find any night of the week. Shareable, Greek-inspired cooking. Warm, attentive service. A setting that feels like an escape without leaving town.
Whether you’re hosting an intimate dinner for a dozen, a rehearsal dinner on the patio, a shower or luncheon during the day, or a full-restaurant celebration, our team builds the experience around your occasion - not the other way around.
We offer five ways to host at Ernie’s, from intimate dinners to full-venue celebrations. Minimums below reflect food and beverage spend only — tax, gratuity, and rental fees are additional.
The Private Dining Room
Up to 12 guests · $50 room fee · no F&B minimum
Our semi-private room, tucked within the restaurant. Ideal for milestone birthdays, business dinners, and small family celebrations. Guests order à la carte from our regular menu.
Large Party Reservation
6 –18 guests · Main Dining Area · no F&B minimum
Hosted in the main dining room, with guests ordering à la carte. A comfortable fit for birthdays, family gatherings, and smaller corporate dinners on weeknights. Parties larger than 18 on Fridays and Saturdays move to a patio buyout (below).
Patio Buyout
Up to 75 seated · $15,000 F&B minimum
Our signature space along the Paint Creek, yours for the evening. Rehearsal dinners, milestone birthdays, and larger celebrations where the creekside setting is part of the experience. The only option for groups above 18 guests on Friday and Saturday evenings.
Daytime Events (11 AM – 3 PM)
Up to 200 guests · $2,500 F&B minimum
Our most flexible option — and our favorite time to host larger groups. Bridal and baby showers, corporate luncheons, celebrations of life, networking events. Bright, creekside, and relaxed.
Full Restaurant Buyout
Up to 200 guests · $20,000 F&B minimum
The entire restaurant — creekside patio, main dining room, and bar — reserved exclusively for you. Weddings, large corporate functions, holiday parties, and high-end private celebrations.
